Taking the result from the top, AFCON, ASUU Strike, Iphone 14, Oxlade and NATO dominated general searches as Nigerians are constantly eager to know more about the subject matters.
In the people and personality category, bordering on celebrities and public figures; Oxlade, Peter Obi (Labour Party’s Presidential Candidate), Asake, Black Sheriff and Casemiro were rigorously searched.
For actors and movie personalities, Will Smith, Johnny Depp, Yul Edochie, Osita Iheme and Judy Austin top the search table.
In the category of athletes and sports persons, Casemiro, Lisandro Martinez, Anthony, Gabriel Jesus, Raphinha dominated the search engine. Likewise, Iphone 14 pro max, Iphone 13 pro max, Techno Camon 19, Infinix Note 12 amd Techno Spark 7 flew high in the devices category.
Cross checking the loss, Queen Elizabeth, Osinachi Nwachukwu, Ada Ameh, Rico Swavey and Takeoff dominated the search panel.
Considering song lyrical searches, Finesse lyrics, Overdose lyrics, Rush lyrics, If I broke na my business and palazzo lyrics keep showing up on the engine. Similarly, Buga by Kizz Daniel, Overdose by Mavin, Machala by Berri Tiga & Carter Efe, Calm down by Rema and Rush by Ayra Starr come strong in the song category.
In the movie category, Anikulapo, Blood Sisters, House of Dragon, Thor – Love & Thunder and The Woman King ruled while in the musician section, Oxlade, Asake, Black sheriff, Portable and Lil Tjay hit maximum search.
Taking about food recipes, Nigerians are very much interested in fried Rice recipe, Afang soup recipe, Jollof Rice recipe, Banana bread recipe and Parfait recipe.
Using the phrase ‘what is’, millions of people asked – what is Lupus, what is NATO, what is NFT, what is the cause of Russia and Ukraine war; and what is the meaning of Zazu Zeh. In the same vein, using the phrase ‘who is’, more people asked – Who is Peter Obi’s running mate, who is Queen Eizabeth, who is the greek god of war, who is the APC presidential candidate, and who is Atiku’s running mate.
