The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Tuesday, arrested 21 suspected internet fraudsters in a sting operation in Enugu.

The EFCC spokesman, Wilson Uwujaren, said this in a statement and listed the suspects as Nwosu Paul, Onuji Samson, Eze Chukwudi, Stanley Okoroafor, Michael Nnamchi, Henry Ozonwanji, Victor Ozonwanji, Victor Ibik, Anthony Ugwu, Ndubuisi Amala, Eneje Chisom, Henry Chukwu, and Emmanuel Abah.
Others include; Abumchukwu Dominic, Agafe Victor, Victor Abah, Jide Favour, Samson Onyedika, Joshua Uchechukwu, Izuchukwu Paul and Samuel Chizitiere.
Items recovered from them include five exotic cars, 32 mobile phones and seven personal computers.
In a related case, the agency also arrested nine (9) suspected internet fraudsters around Itam Police Station Road in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

The suspects are; Victor Etiowo, George Vincent, Daniel Joshua, Lambert Joshua, Johnny Jimmy, Elijah Asuquo Ekwere, Amos Cosmos, Otobong Emmanuel and Enomfon Jackson Akpabio. They were arrested following actionable intelligence concerning their alleged online criminal activities at the said location.
According the EFCC, the suspects will be arraigned in court as soon as the investigations are concluded.
