Three people were killed and several others injured in a mall shooting in Copenhagen, Denmark, police said Monday.

In a news briefing, police chief Soren Thomassen said the attacker was a 22-year-old Danish male who had a history of mental health issues, Danish broadcaster DR reported.

Thomassen added that the shooting is not related to terrorism.

The fatalities include a 17-year-old Danish man, a 17-year-old Danish woman, and a 47-year-old Russian man.

Four of the injured are in critical condition, the police chief said.

He also called on the public to share any footage that they may have taken about the shooting or the attacker with the police, but refrain from sharing it on social media.

Police said they first received reports of the shooting at the Fields shopping center, one of the largest malls in Scandinavia, at 5.37 p.m. local time (1537GMT) on Sunday. They quickly reached the site and arrested the suspect.

British pop star Harry Styles was going to perform at a venue close to the Fields but his concert was canceled.

Styles on Twitter said that he is “heartbroken” and “devastated,” adding: “I’m sorry we couldn’t be together. Please look after each other.”
